Prof. Sridhar M. Samant is an academic leader, public policy expert, and institution builder with extensive experience spanning higher education, governance, leadership development, and public affairs. He holds a B.Com from The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda, an M.A. in Political Science from Indira Gandhi National Open University, and advanced studies in Public Administration from Veer Narmad South Gujarat University.

Over the course of his career, he has served in numerous leadership positions across academia and public institutions, including Chairman of the Governing Body of Ram Lal Anand College (University of Delhi), Chairman of Ramanujan College, Senate and Syndicate Member of The Maharaja Sayajirao University of Baroda, and Consultant-cum-Regional Director at the Indian Council for Cultural Relations (ICCR), Ministry of External Affairs. He has also contributed as an advisor to leadership, governance, and management development initiatives across multiple organizations.
